Potential reasons for cancelling Cashback can be:

  1. Order cancellation, non-payment or return of goods.
  2. Dispute with a seller
  3. If a promo code has been used
  4. Violation of cashback shopping rules.
  5. Violation of the shop's terms and conditions. 
  6. The shop has cancelled cashback by mistake. In this case please contact us at support@igloo.la and attach a screenshot with details of your order from your personal account at the corresponding shop.
